Unlike EBM, SBM offers pre-defined configurations billed by the hour. You get full hardware access, consistent performance, and hardware-level isolation without long-term commitments. Spin it up when you need it, shut it down when you don't.

SBM is pure bare metal hosting with no virtualization so there's no virtualization overhead and no noisy neighbors.

SBM uses a simple bare metal hourly pricing model: you only pay while your server is active. Public outbound traffic is billed per gigabyte used. Private traffic within the infrastructure is free. This gives you predictable costs and lets you scale dynamically, without surprises.

No. All configurations are fixed by design to guarantee fast provisioning and consistent performance. If you need custom specs or hardware upgrades, we recommend switching to our EBM servers.

Once a server is deprovisioned, it's powered off and wiped shortly after. We don't retain data or offer recovery. This ensures full tenant isolation and operational security. Make sure to back up anything important before deletion.

Absolutely. Whilst SBM can be used in isolation, it is designed to be used in combination with EBM as part of a hybrid bare metal cloud solution. We recommend using EBM for your steady compute requirements and tapping into SBM for on-demand bare metal to cover peak periods.
